Shipping, Exchange & Return Policy

We want your piece to arrive exactly as you expected, which is why we give you the opportunity to check your order upon delivery.
You are welcome to open and inspect your package in the presence of the courier and before they leave, to make sure that the item matches the photos and description, and that you are happy with the fabric, quality, condition, and size.
We kindly ask you to make sure that you are personally available, or that someone you trust is available to receive the order on your behalf.
Please note that once the courier has left, the order is considered received and accepted, and we will no longer be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges.
We want your delivery experience to be as easy and comfortable as possible, so please take your time to check your piece before the courier leaves.

نحرص أن تصلكم قطعتكم كما اخترتموها تمامًا، ولذلك نمنحكم وقتًا لمراجعة الطلب عند الاستلام.
يمكنكم فتح الشحنة وفحص المنتج والتأكد من مطابقته للصور والوصف، والخامة، والجودة، والمقاس، وذلك في وجود مندوب الشحن وقبل مغادرته.
لذلك، نرجو التأكد من وجودكم شخصيًا أو وجود شخص موثوق ينوب عنكم وقت الاستلام، حتى يتسنى لكم مراجعة القطعة بكل راحة.
يرجى ملاحظة أنه بعد مغادرة مندوب الشحن، يُعتبر الطلب مستلمًا ومقبولًا، ولا يمكن حينها طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
